Ty Pennington

Ty Pennington is an Emmy Award-Winning Television Personality and Home Makeover Guru known for television shows including "Trading Spaces" and "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Pennington's breakout role came as a carpenter on "Trading Spaces" on TLC, a home decorating series where neighbors transformed rooms in each other's homes with a limited budget and time. His popularity on the show led to his selection as the host of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" on ABC, a philanthropic home renovation series. The show became widely popular, earning Pennington national recognition and two Primetime Emmy Awards. During his tenure, he contributed to the rebuilding of more than 200 homes.
